St Helena Island
St Helena is a small speck in the expansive Atlantic Ocean. It is situated at approximately 16°S and 6°W, a mere 5 day voyage from Cape Town on the RMS St Helena. It was first discovered by the Portugease in 1502, and has been home to exiled Napolion I, Dinizulu kaCetshwayo and more than 5000 Boer during the course of its history.
